Michael Polo is the President/Founder of ACMT, Inc. With more than 40 years of experience, Michael’s role centers around inspiring and growing both the team and the company. Always focusing on working smarter, not harder. His leadership style is rooted in change-management, resilience, and leading with positivity even when faced with many challenges.
Michael brings deep knowledge of ACMT’s history, a strong ability to see the best in people, and a clear understanding of his own limitations. These strengths have helped shape company culture. This leads to Michael often saying that he “has never worked a day” since founding ACMT. Investing in the growth of both the company and its people consistently delivers rewards that surpass any challenges along the way.
Before starting ACMT, Michael worked for a chemical repackaging company that was owned by a family friend. He is a high school graduate, a licensed hairdresser, and the proud holder of a self-proclaimed “PhD in Positivity”.
Outside of work, Michael is all about living life to the fullest! He does this by traveling, exploring, hiking/biking, and spending time with family and friends.
