Jilliana Ciamarra serves as the Supply Chain Manager at ACMT, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the supply chain across all value streams. In this role, she develops procurement strategies, manages supplier relationships and performance, and leads complex negotiations that support organizational goal and operational success.
Jilliana’s strengths include managing supply chain risk, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring supplier performance supports efficiency, quality, and long-term organizational growth. She focuses on building strong partnerships and processes that help maintain a resilient and high performing supply chain.
Jilliana holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and a Master of Business Administration. She is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, bringing a strong focus on process improvement and operational effectiveness.
Outside of work, Jilliana enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, as well as spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs.
