Bob Coulombe serves as ACMT’s Estimating Manager and Contracts Administrator, leading the department responsible for developing accurate and executable cost positions in an aerospace environment. With more than 15 years at ACMT, Robert brings deep institutional knowledge, since every part produced by the company originates in his department.
Robert’s expertise spans sheet metal, MRO, and composite fabrication processes, along with blueprint interpretation, cost estimating methodologies, material cost analysis, labor standard development, lean manufacturing, and supply chain cost drivers and risk analysis. His leadership ensures that estimates are both competitive and executable, supporting operational success from contract award through production.
Prior to his current role, Robert served as Supply Chain Manager and Process Engineer at ACMT, gaining cross-functional experience that strengthens his ability to align estimating with operations and supply chain strategy. He is motivated by leading a team that consistently delivers accurate, reliable cost positions that support customer expectations and company performance.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing golf and basketball, spending time with friends and family, and watching football. Primarily cheering on the Cowboys and Patriots.
